Ciao! Today was unbelievable! I was able to go on top of the world! We went to Mont Blanc with Elana, the high school teacher! It is the tallest mountain in Europe and is over 15,000 ft. tall! To get to the top, we used a ski lift!

On the way up, we saw some beautiful rocks that were purple.

Once we got started, we were dropped off about halfway up the mountain. Then, we were directed to another ski lift that carried us up further! This is where we had to take 228 stairs to get to the top of the mountain. Luckily, I am in shape and it did not bother me at all. I cannot say the same for my classmates! Once we got to the top of the mountain, the view just blew my mind. I have never seen anything so amazing in my life. The view was breath taking! I was able to take a bunch of pictures and then became the camera man for some of my classmates! I had the opportunity to experience snow for the first time. Dr. Marciano struck me first by throwing a snowball at me!

Then, I was able to make a few snowballs myself and I had fun throwing them at my classmates!

One of the amazing things I was able to see at the top was the Giant's Tooth. It is a funny tooth looking rock formation at the top of the mountain! After admiring the view some more and taking more pictures, we went inside the ski resort to eat lunch. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich that was toasted, a coke, and some mountain water. It was actually very good! Afterwards, we spent about another hour admiring the mountain.

I was able to call my parents while on top of the mountain and was just amazed by my phone actually having service! We took the ski lift back down and traveled into a small village.

Here, I ate a gelato and just sat around to still admire this amazing mountain view! We returned to our hotel after the village. For supper, my classmates and I returned to the same restaurant as the night before. I got grilled chicken breast but I wasn't too pleased with the taste. While we were there, Jordan managed to break a wine glass and attract the attention of the entire restaurant. We took a stroll around 'Aosta while returning back to the hotel. Then, I ended my day by trying to enjoy some TV and sleep!
